Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Maid 2 Order LLC., is required.
Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 100% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter.
Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Maid 2 Order LLC., will be deemed a material breach and allow Maid 2 Order LLC., to cancel any future bookings.
In the event that Maid 2 Order LLC., needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client.
If Maid 2 Order LLC., fails to give 24-hour notice, client will be offered one free cleaning.
